Mia is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) who earned her certification through the Medical Assistant program at Kent Career Tech Center. She previously worked for three years as an inpatient phlebotomist, gaining hospital experience and building strong patient connections. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Grand Valley State University and plans to attend Physician Assistant school.
